Joel Hubert is the CEO of Indy Creative Core, the parent company of Love & Hope Design. What motivates him is helping good people do good things. It’s as simple as that. 

Starting as an English Teacher and Service Learning Administrator, Joel’s passion for discourse and respect has been the driving force behind his professional evolution. In 2015, he embarked on a transformative journey, hitchhiking through South America, which broadened his perspectives and ingrained a love for challenges and diversity.

Joel’s career highlights include:

-Scaling a seasonal tourism business to 7-figure annual revenue as the GM of Operations.

-Serving as the Head of Technical Recruiting at Synthesis.com, where he was instrumental in scaling the faculty and recruiting technical talent.

-Streamlining operations as the Director of Operations for Awesurance and leading the merger and restructuring into Indy Creative Core.

-Founding Nita Media LLC, a successful media production company.

-Co-owning LagunaGarzon.com, a tourism and real estate venture in Uruguay.

-Volunteering as the Camp Director for Easterseals SoCal since 2011.
