Creative Project Manager (Part-Time | 10 Hours/Week)

Love Hope Design is a creative marketing agency that helps mission-driven organizations and businesses tell their stories through strategy, design, and digital media. From family resource centers and literacy programs to mental health clinics and higher education initiatives, we build work that makes a difference.

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager — someone who thrives in the intersection of creativity, organization, and human connection. This role blends design thinking with project management, client communication, and digital production.


What You’ll Do

You’ll manage a diverse mix of clients and creative projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day project management across multiple clients and campaigns

  • Coordinate website builds, digital ad campaigns, and brand launches

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback using Notion, Slack, and Markup

  • Attend client calls and translate goals into actionable creative tasks

  • Create marketing collateral and graphics using Figma or Canva

  • Assist with web updates and content management in WordPress and HubSpot

  • Support administrative tasks (invoicing, scheduling, file management, etc.)

You’ll help lead communication and project coordination for:

  • The Book Fairy – Literacy program for kids in Indiana

  • Grounded – Plant and lifestyle store in Indianapolis, IN

  • Rimrock Trails – Mental health programming in Oregon

  • Strengthening Indiana Families – Family Resource Centers in Indiana

  • Irvine Consolidated – Workday consulting and digital solutions

  • Dreams33 – Educational grants for foster youth in California

  • Music for All – Bands of America–affiliated national organization

  • Living Mindfully – Individual counseling practice in Indiana


What We’re Looking For

  • A designer-minded professional who can balance creativity and structure

  • Experience in project management, account management, or digital production

  • Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Notion, Markup, Figma, and Slack

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong eye for layout, color, and storytelling in marketing materials

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Availability for client calls and project check-ins during business hours


Details

  • Commitment: ~10 hours per week

  • Schedule: Flexible, with occasional client meetings

  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience
